Daniel Skelton, the inmate who escaped from the Oahu Community Correctional Center on Monday morning, is still on the loose. That’s two escapees for OCCC in as many weeks. But unlike the inmate last week, who escaped while he was out on work furlough, Skelton was not out on work furlough. Prison officials say Skelton broke out of the jail through the ceiling, made it onto the roof, then somehow made it over or through the barbed wire fence. Read More. |
