NEWTON, Iowa (AP) - Dozens of inmates at the Newton Correctional Facility in central Iowa have been relocated because of water damage in their dorm unit. The state Department of Corrections says a major thunderstorm Thursday caused water damage at the facility's Correctional Release Center.
