LACONIA — Inmate artwork from Belknap County Department of Corrections is on display this month in the Busiel Mill Community Room and Gallery at One Mill Plaza. This exhibit, and a previous showing in 2012, came about Tamara McGonagle, programs director at the department of corrections, and Mary Ellen Boudman, a volunteer Art Teacher there, established a monthly art contest for inmates.
