Close to 65% of Florida's inmates enter society with out supervision.

A study by pew charitable trusts shows that with no supervision, former inmates are more likely to return to a life of crime.

Florida tax watch says when a person ends up in prison on multiple occasions the money adds up and hurts tax payers.
