BERNALILLO COUNTY, N.M. —Taylor Roberts is back behind bars after being inadvertently released Wednesday. Online records show the jail released Roberts on Tuesday, but officials said Wednesday that wasn't supposed to happen. Roberts had been in jail since April for failure to appear, criminal damage to property and violation of a protection order. He had two pending domestic violence cases involving his ex-girlfriend.
