POCATELLO – Kayla Teton, 23, of Fort Hall, Idaho, was sentenced today to time served—10 months—and three years of supervised release for assaulting a federal officer, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. Chief U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill also ordered Teton to perform 100 hours of community service while on supervised release. Read More. |
