CARSON CITY, NV - Northern Nevada police agencies are still on the lookout for a man who escaped from the Stewart Conservation Camp in Carson City Tuesday night. The Nevada Department of Corrections says 36-year-old James McDowell was serving 15 to 48 months from Washoe County for Grand Larceny of Motor Vehicle.
