OTTUMWA -- A registered sex offender has walked away from the Ottumwa Residential Correctional Facility. 36-year-old Ryan Joshua Zwer has been on escaped status since June 24. KTVO called Iowa Department of Corrections Assistant Director Fred Scaletta to find out exactly what happened with Zwer. Scaletta told KTVO Zwer had been released on parole. Read More. |
