NEWKIRK — Three inmates accused of damaging the Kay County Detention Center have all entered guilty pleas to felony charges of injuring a public building. Dakota Lee Dorl, 20, Ralston, was sentenced to a five year suspended sentence in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections by Judge D.W. Boyd. Dorl, Michael Anthony Roughface, 22, Ponca City; and Bryan Dale Stuart, 31, Ponca City, were caught on video tape damaging cell doors. Read More. |
