BILOXI -- Authorities found escaped Hancock County inmate Perry Decedrio Thomas hiding at a residence Wednesday afternoon, Hancock County Chief Investigator Glenn Grannan said. Earlier in the day, deputies arrested six people who were believed to have helped Thomas, 28, escape jail Sunday. Sheriff Ricky Adam said information from them helped find Thomas. "He made about six moves and different people went with him each time to make the moves," Adam said. "Once we started with one cellphone and text messages, that led to another, which led to another, which led to another.
