State officials now say 45 people owe time on sentences after the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services miscalculated good time credit and let them out too early. But Sue Roush, deputy communications director for Gov. Dave Heineman, said just three of the should-be inmates had yet to be accounted for as of Wednesday. She declined to name them, but they are not believed to be wanted on Lancaster County cases.
