BOONEVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) -- A man who escaped from a Pascagoula restitution center in late June was recently located in Prentiss County. Authorities say James Kevin Parr, 27, was serving time at the Mississippi Department of Corrections Restitution Center for charges he had been convicted of in Prentiss County when he escaped.
