WESTWOOD, OH (FOX19) - The inmate who escaped the Hamilton County Justice Center by using a fake identity has been taken into police custody. Chris Bowden, 20, was captured at 6 p.m. Tuesday at a Westwood apartment after being on the run for one week. The apartment is located on Wendee Drive and belongs to Jessica Bowden, the inmate's sister. Police say Bowden was arrested without incident and no weapons were recovered. Jessica Bowden and her boyfriend Theron Gardner were arrested along with Robert Bowden, the inmate's brother, and Amber Howard, the inmate's girlfriend, according to police. They are charged for their involvement in harboring and concealing Bowden. Read More. |
