LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — State officials are in talks with Pulaski County to lease an unused building at the county jail to open up at least 200 beds to alleviate jail overcrowding throughout the state. Pulaski County officials say the county is considering leasing the satellite building to the state for $1.
