SIOUX CITY | A second inmate has failed to return to a work release facility in Sioux City two days after another man was reported missing.

Cletus Antoine Armell, 42, failed to return from furlough on Monday, said Fred Scaletta, a spokesman for the Iowa Department of Corrections. The Sioux City Residential Treatment Facility on Water Street houses the inmates.

No Ear was serving a 30-year sentence for convictions of assault on a peace officer with intent of injury, prohibited acts, second-degree theft and three counts of interference with a correctional officer causing bodily injury.
