| Man convicted of killing ailing wife dies in prison |

COLUMBUS, OH (WOIO) - The Massillon man found guilty of killing his wife inside an Akron General Hospital room died in a prison medical facility, according to the state prisons department. John Wise was serving time in Columbus at Franklin Medical, where he's been since his November conviction. According to the Ohio Department of Corrections spokeswoman, JoEllen Smith, Wise died Monday at 3:30 p.m. in the Ohio State University emergency room of cardiac arrest. Read More. |
