BEATRICE, Neb.-- When 40-year-old Kena Jackson was released from prison, he moved to Beatrice to get a fresh start. But after eight months of freedom and a life that included a job and taking care of a one-year-old baby, Jackson was placed back into custody. "We just started our lives together and they just ripped him away," said Jackson's fiance' Breanna McCall. "I don't understand what they mean when he has to serve two more years when he did a flat 10, I don't get it."
