SIOUX CITY | A man missing from a Sioux City work release facility since July 12 was found in a Sioux City apartment Tuesday and is in the Woodbury County Jail, officials said. Dexter James-Lloyd No Ear, 25, was taken into custody without incident after authorities found him about 3 p.m. in an apartment in the 600 block of West Fifth Street, Deputy U.S. Marshal Mike Fuller said. “He was staying there with a girl, an acquaintance,” Fuller said. “We were basically running down the leads of known associates, and he happened to be there.” Read More. |
