| Wyoming State Pen inmate dies |

The Wyoming Department of Corrections reported that a 69-year-old inmate at the state penitentiary in Rawlins died this week. The department said Lee David Humphrey died Thursday. It did not provide a cause of death. An autopsy and investigation are being done in keeping with department policy. Read More. |
