Prisons struggling with inmate rehab |

MADISON -- Most respondents to a recent Marquette University Law School poll say they think Wisconsin's criminal justice system is doing an average job at best rehabilitating inmates. A little more than 41 percent of respondents said they believe the system is doing a fair job of rehabilitating inmates into contributing members of society.
