| Odessa police searching for escaped inmate Arkansas |

The Odessa Police Department and the Arkansas Department of Corrections are asking the public to help locate an escaped inmate who may have ties in Odessa. According to Cpl. Steve LeSueur, the ADC contacted the police department twice asking for help in locating Timothy “Bo” Buffington, 47, who may have ties to the Permian Basin. Officials with the ADC said Buffington was serving a 20 year sentence for murder charges and on June 21, he escaped from the Randal L. Williams Unit of the ADC in Pine Bluff, Ark. Read More. |
