A North Dakota official says no announcement was made regarding the inmate who escaped a corrections facility last week because he was not considered a public threat. Thirty-six-year-old Michael Engst was arrested in Breckenridge, Minnesota, after he walked away Wednesday from the low-risk, minimum-security Missouri River Correctional Center in Bismarck.
