SOUTHWEST, AR - The Arkansas Department of Correction wants to build a new $100 million facility to house inmates. Arkansas State Senator Jimmy Hickey Junior hopes to convince corrections officials it should be built in southwest Arkansas. Hickey has put together a coalition to try and bring 350 jobs to the area.
