WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — Corrections officials say an inmate has died after a long illness. The Department of Correction says 45-year-old Jonathan Banks of Wilmington died late Wednesday at a local hospital. He was an inmate at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution near Wilmington.
