KING COUNTY — A convicted child rapist is running under the radar in King County. The victims of Level 2 sex offender, Lars Willoya, were a young girl he preyed on for several years, and a teen girl he forced into sex. “Willoya is currently on supervision with the DOC for two counts of a rape of a child first degree, in which he sexually abused the victim when she was seven years old,” Ofc. Emily Issacs of the Department of Corrections said. “He’s also on supervision for three separate felony failing to register as a sex offender. This is a level two sex offender. He has proven that he’s just not willing to comply with anything that we require of him. We need your help to find him and help us put him in jail.” Read More. |
