| Otero County Prison dedicates new building to educating sex offenders |

LAS CRUCES, N.M. – New Mexico Department of Corrections officials opened a new education building at the Otero County Prison Facility on Wednesday. The building will be dedicated to educate the state’s sex offenders. Warden James Frawner said that the building is designed to let the prison better enable the sex offender treatment program.
