| 2 new Oregon prison superintendents named |

SALEM, Ore. (AP) — The head of Oregon's Corrections Department has announced the appointment of new superintendents to lead two state prisons. The agency said Thursday that Colette Peters has selected John Myrick as superintendent of Two Rivers Correctional Institution in Umatilla and Kimberly Hendricks as superintendent of Shutter Creek Correctional Institution in North Bend. Myrick has been the assistant superintendent of security at Two Rivers since March. He's a 25-year Corrections Department veteran. Read More. |
