CLINTON -- A prisoner at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Facility slated to be released next month has been charged with murder in the death of a 72-year-old fellow inmate, according to Worcester District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr. Allan Frazo, 27, will be arraigned today in Clinton District Court. He is currently serving a prison sentence of two years to two years and one day after he was convicted of stabbing a cab driver in Chelsea. The victim, William Sires, was found badly beaten in his cell at 2 p.m. Tuesday, according to the DA's office.
