ARKANSAS- The Arkansas Department of Corrections is looking for a location to construct a $100 million dollar prison that will benefit the surrounding counties. The Arkansas Department of Corrections has plans to build a new prison that will be able to house one thousand inmates, provide approximately two hundred and fifty jobs, and have an annual operating budget of 19 million dollars.
