SALEM, Ore. (AP) — A convicted killer is back in custody after Oregon corrections officials realized he was released a month too early. KPTV reports Marc Trice was released from the Oregon State Penitentiary on Monday. He was due for release and post-prison supervision in mid-September. Trice has been in prison since 1994 for killing 16-year-old Sandra Lee Raph in La Grande. Read More. |
