The man who allegedly lead police on a five hour manhunt on Monday, went before an Ohio County Magistrate for his arraignment hearing Tuesday. Seven new charges have been filed against Christopher Michael Walls after his Labor Day escape. On Tuesday afternoon, Walls went before Ohio County Magistrate Harry Radcliffe via video conference for his arraignment where he was officially charged with one felony count of unlawful and felonious escape from the custody of the commissioner of corrections in the state of West Virginia, along with six other misdemeanor charges. Walls is currently in the custody of the Department of Corrections and that will stay the same as his case moves forward. Read More. |
