| Man accused of murder on day of prison release |

MESA, Ariz. -- A man is accused of killing another man on the same day he got out of prison. Ignacio Eide Lomeli Jr., 22, was released by the Arizona Department of Corrections on Sunday. The homicide occurred outside a residence near Broadway Road and Mesa Drive where Lomeli was gathering with relatives to celebrate his freedom. One of those family members called police to report that Lomeli shot a man in the parking lot. Read More. |
