There are concerns about safety at jails and prisons after 30 teenagers escaped from a youth detention center in Nashville. For Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson, the teens who escaped on Monday were a reminder about safety - even at county jails. "It's always a safety issue when someone walks away from a detention center, county jail, or prison," said Sheriff Wilson.
