OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Department of Corrections is expected to talk about recommendations Monday that were released in a report last week into the death of Oklahoma inmate Clayton Lockett. The State Department of Public Safety made 11 recommendations, from having more medical personnel nearby to having additional supplies of lethal drugs and equipment on hand.
