| Warden: Staff errors responsible for escape from Montgomery County prison |

NORRISTOWN >> The failure of correctional officers and supervisors to follow prison protocol played a large part in 23-year-old Raehib Hankerson’s Labor Day escape from Montgomery County Correctional Facility, Warden Julio Algarin said Tuesday. At a press conference, Algarin said eight officers will face disciplinary action, which could include some of them losing their jobs. He said the eight, whom he did not name, comprise both newer and senior officers.
