| St. Clair inmate killed on 45th birthday becomes fourth inmate killed in past 13 months |

Prison officials are investigating a possible murder in the death of a 45-year-old St. Clair Correctional Facility inmate. Timothy Duncan, who was serving 25-years after being convicted of sodomy in February 2001, died Tuesday, according to prison officials. He is the fourth inmate to be killed at the prison in the past 13 months and the sixth inmate to be killed in the past 30 months. Duncan, who died on his birthday, was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead, prison officials said. The official cause of death is pending autopsy results. Read More. |
