BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - Two doctors who once lost their medical licenses amid claims of sexual misconduct are working inside Alabama prisons. Al.com reports the physicians are employed by a company that provides medical care for the Department of Corrections under a $224 million contract. Records show Drs. Timothy Iliff and David J. Pavlakovic were previously barred from practicing medicine over allegations that included sexual misconduct with patients. Both have since regained their licenses. Read More. |
