The Kansas Organization of State Employees released new details Thursday surrounding the stabbing of a correctional officer at the Hutchinson Correctional Facility. More from KWCH.com According to Rebecca Proctor, Executive Director of KOSE, the inmate accused with stabbing the officer had been transferred from Minnesota to Kansas as a part of an interstate agreement.
