Judge questions if officials will be ready for November executions

OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma judge says he has concerns the state of Oklahoma will not be able to make necessary changes to the way they conduct executions in time for two November executions.

The botched execution of Clayton Lockett last April revealed problems in execution procedures.

Lockett was still alive for over 40 minutes after the drugs were administered.
