DOVER, Del. - The Delaware Department of Correction has 29 new employees after a graduation ceremony Friday. Following nine weeks of training, graduates took an oath of office and received their assignments in front of family, friends, Lieutenant Governor Matt Denn and DOC officials. Classmates selected Brian Davidson of Millsboro to be class speaker, and the instructor team named Matthew Blumenthal of Dover as the group's Outstanding Cadet. Read More. |
