Ohio's prison director wants to use up to $272,200 in fines paid by prison food contractor Aramark to curb performance issues including improper conduct by employees of the firm. The plan involves improving training for Aramark supervisors from what was a three-hour video on prison policies to between eight and 48 hours of training.
