Ga. Department of Juvenile Justice launching citizen's academy

ATLANTA — Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice officials say they're launching a citizens' academy to help educate citizens about juvenile justice reforms in the state.

Officials say the five-week workshops are scheduled to begin Oct. 23 and are being held at youth development campuses throughout the state.
