CARO — If you are going to dream, why not dream big? That has become the mindset of the Tuscola County Commissioners if a satisfactory deal can be worked out with the state to sell a former correctional facility outside of Caro for $1. Earlier this year when state Senator Mike Green (R – Mayville) proposed selling the former Camp Tuscola and the Re-Entry Center to the county a great deal of interest was expressed about developing the facility for equestrian use.
