WILLISTON, Vermont — The Vermont Department of Corrections has scheduled a Town Hall meeting via interactive television. The department plans to provide an overview from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday of the Second Chance Act Grant and an update on the efforts to establish pre-trial services.
