Sacramento police said an employee with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation was arrested Wednesday after officers found more than 600 marijuana inside a number of Sacramento homes. Eddie Lay, 32, was taken into custody following a tip that a law enforcement officer may be involved in criminal activity with a street gang, police said.
