Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the inmate who escaped in Plainview on Monday. Meanwhile, Texas Department of Criminal Justice officials continued to search Tuesday for Charlie Davis, a 36-year-old trustee serving a two-year sentence for theft of property from Swisher County. Davis was working as a janitor at a regional office in Plainview. He was discovered missing at 9:20 a.m. Jason Clark, a TDCJ spokesman, said Davis had last been seen at 9 a.m. Monday. Read More. |
