An independent investigation into the execution of Arizona convicted murderer Joseph Wood should be completed in a couple of weeks. Joseph Wood was convicted in a Tucson 1989 double murder. Arizona Assistant Attorney General Matthew Binford said during a conference Wednesday that a report explaining what happened during the nearly two-hour-long execution is expected by mid-November.
