CRANSTON, R.I. - The John J. Moran Medium Security prison was placed on lock down after a suspicious powder was delivered to the mail room Saturday morning. A spokesperson for the Department of Corrections tells NBC 10 that a letter was mailed to an inmate which had a contaminant inside.
