NORWICH — Ganesh R. Ramsaran, the man recently convicted of murdering his wife in 2012, has been arrested again Tuesday by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office. According to authorities, Ramsaran was charged with bribery in the second degree, a class C felony. It is alleged that Ramsaran offered a Chenango County Corrections Officer $100,000 to help him escape from the jail. Read More. |
