PLYMOUTH, Massachusetts — Plymouth authorities say a county jail inmate has died of apparent self-inflicted injuries. The sheriff's department said Tuesday that 34-year-old Steven Wayne Roderick of Hyannis was found unresponsive in his cell by correction officers just after 9:30 p.m. Monday.
